If you’ve been in coffee for a while, you are likely familiar with Cropster. We are not affiliated, however we’ve used it and recommend it as a tool for inventory management as well as documenting your roastign and sampling.

Google Workspace
If you haven’t familiarized yourself with the google workspaces such as sheets, slides, docs, etc. you should. It is an absolute must for growing coffee roasters and collaborative teams.
