An easy way to better support your current partners is to provide your partners with items they need other than coffee. Things like tea, straws, cups, lids, etc.
By doing this, you are increasing the value you add to them as a partner and increasing your potential sales without adding new partners to your roster. It comes down to service and providing more value than simply the coffee you offer.
If you can simplify the lives of your wholesale accounts by sourcing products that are hard to find or even as simple as sourcing products that your accounts are getting from somewhere else you become more valuable to your accounts.
Sure, these products aren’t going to have 50-60%+ profit margin but they are product that typically have a long shelf life, serve your accounts, and if you have a cafe too - you can get those products at wholesale pricing too.
